Dr. R is a blessing. My daughter has been hospitalized multiple times and Dr. R without fail, checks in during the times of crisis and “just because.” If you need a neuro-affirming pediatrician who is empathic and genuine, Dr. R is the choice.
Our family saw Dr. Sheila Ravendhran for an acute visit while our regular doctor was away. She was rude, unprofessional, and showed no empathy. In front of my husband and our eight-year-old, she complained about not being scheduled to see patients and said she wouldn’t follow up on any imaging because she leaves at noon. The practice manager said they’d investigate but never followed up. One of the worst patient experiences we’ve ever had.
