I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better.
