Dr. Lezcano is a great doctor. She listens, works with, and cares about her patients.
Had appt with Shiela Lezcano a wonderful doctor 1:30 pm after I was done 2:26pm left went to parking to car it’s unbelievable 10.00 dollars they charged I think it’s time to see another doctor closer in Glendale Adventist hospital it’s very expensive the parking very upset.

This office is engaging in medical fraud. I got a referral for this office and called every day for two weeks. No one ever answered and no one ever returned my phone calls. I finally called my insurance and filed a grievance, and a patient advocate called on my behalf and he was able to get through on the first ring. They told him that they had my referral but they needed further information from my doctor's office before they could schedule an appointment with me, and that my referral was about to expire anyway.
