Everyone complaining about the staff and appointment issues, how about concentrating on the Dr? Found Dr. Brazel to be a fantastic and highly professional individual.
Extremely unprofrssional. Changing and cancelling appointments many times, and not notifying me and then told my physician that I was a "no show,". She also yelled at me on one occasion. She's is supposed to be a medical professional. Definitely not professional.
I developed cataracts and was recommended to Dr. Brazel. The staff were efficient and wait times very reasonable. Dr. Brazel cured the cataracts and extreme near sightedness. My vision now is perfect. It's miraculous.
Absolutely terrible office, Dr. Brazel is nice, office organization is awful. Many irate patients today, why, waiting much too long. People with appointments after mine, were seen sooner than me. Both waiting rooms packed. Absolutely awful Seniors are not treated well at all!
This place has no regard or empathy for seniors at all. They cancel appointments themselves and then accuse their patients (who are very vulnerable and they know about it) of canceling the appointments when in fact it never happened. I feel very sorry for people that don't have a voice to raise their concerns against this place. We need to protect seniors from places like these because they will take any advantage they can with no regard at all for their age or situation these seniors are in.
