Sheila Bonvallat is the best realtor I have every had. She has represented me in both buying and selling transaction and has done excellent work. She knows the market, other realtors, inspection process, how to deal with buyers, title companies, movers--Everything necessary for a sale. She gets things done in a timely fashion, and is excellent to work with.

After being transferred to Florida, my wife and I looked for a house / condo for well over a year. We wanted to purchase a home on Merritt Island, Fl. Sheila Bonvallat is one of the finest realtors that anyone could hope to have working to sell their home or purchase one. My home was sold to the first and only prospective buyer to see it. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market in this area and her reputation is outstanding. We were transferring from the Dallas, TX area to Merritt Island, FL area. Sheila was very responsive to our telephone calls and a very narrow criteria in what we were looking for in a home.
