Horrible incompetence at this clinic, from the receptionist to Dr. Sidiqi. After waiting on the phone for nearly 1 hour(I had 3 cell phones dialed to the clinic) I was relayed the incorrect information to my inquiry by the person returning my call, supposedly someone called Christine and to add insult to injury I was also told that I had not been given the information that I was given, bluntly I was called a liar. Amazing doctor, kind, knowledgeable, calm. I entered the office with foggy vision and I left with clarity. God bless her!
What the actual hell is happening with this office? Dr Sheikh is great but the receptionist is useless, currently on hold AGAIN after 40 minutes just to confirm my appointment! Finally get through and she says that’s for calling, do you want my name then she hangs up on me, absolute nonsense. Definitely going to ask my optometrist to refer me elsewhere.
