They really need to train their staff on how to treat customers. I called for my mom, gave all the information regarding the reason I was calling for; the lady put me on hold for more than 20mn, never get back to me. I had to hang up.
Place is packed. Too many patients. Move much too slowly. Waited over 45 to get to 1st stage.
I went to emergency with sudden severe blurriness, halo’s and eye pressure. Saw a-lot of doctors and nurses however there was something so calming about her whole nature. Very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Follow up in her office was very pleasant with every interaction from staff to Dr herself. I am so grateful for the care, testing, and follow up.
