Très mauvaise expérience. L’accueil a été décevant et le comportement de la secrétaire était peu professionnel. Son attitude était désagréable, elle manquait d’écoute et de courtoisie, ce qui ne donne pas envie de revenir. Un meilleur service à la clientèle serait vraiment nécessaire.
Very unprofessional clinic. I visited this clinic (Suite 164) twice and both experiences were disappointing. During my first visit, the reception service felt rude and dismissive. On my second visit, I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for a scheduled Pap test, but the doctor did not arrive. I had to leave without being seen due to personal commitments. This clinic does not respect patients’ time or appointments. I would not recommend it
Medical Imaging services: I get all my mammograms here. Making appointments is easy & staff are respectful and efficient. But Go elsewhere for ultrasounds & Xrays. I’ve been waiting 8 months on their list for an ultrasound (I’ve confirmed I’m on it) but just had 2 hospitals offer me an appointment just 1 week after submitting my referral. And a young X-ray tech (Gen-distracted) did the wrong X-ray on me in May so I’ll go somewhere else to get the right one! I have an emergency. as soon as i called to get an appointment and started speaking in english the receptionist went mute and wasn't responding. i feel extremely disrespected and ignored. great service. Time of happening: 2026-07-03 around 10am-10.30 am. I tried calling twice.
