Our new dentist! I have taken my kids over to IKids in Waxahachie and have had a few issues over the last couple years and never felt welcome. However this office and staff are wonderful and truly helped me out when I needed a last minute appointment and sorting out an insurance conundrum. My family will be back!
Mom who is 90 called me on Friday that her crown had fallen out. I reached out to the office and they made room for her. She was in the dental chair within an hour. Plus, mom was a new patient!!! Amazing Dr Shirley was so awesome. Excellent communication of the options and cost. Her kindness, compassion, and expertise was evident throughout the visit. All staff was so helpful and gracious. When mom left she said "your my dentist" .
My little boys see Dr. Sheibley and they LOVE her and her hygienists. Great facility and such lovely nice people.

Dr Sheibley and her staff are terrific. I finally found a dental office that's not a large, impersonal, assembly line operation. Dr Sheibley's practice has the personal touch that makes your visit feel comfortable! It took awhile, but I now have my dentist.
