Dr. Khan is a very good and knowledgeable physician. Unfortunately, the office management and administrative system have caused serious and repeated problems that significantly impact patient care. This is the second time my lab orders were not properly received by the laboratory, despite the office confirming multiple times that they were faxed. I can’t give Dr Khan a review because I never got to see her. After waiting several weeks for my appointment, I received 4 calls from her office staff the morning of my appointment, needing my referral and medical records. They’d lost the name of my referring provider, called me by the wrong name, and lied about trying to contact my provider several times for information.
