Their customer service is very disappoonting and disrespectful to their customer. I found hair in there injera at the beginning. The second time i found that their teff flour is always expired and has worm inside it. So disguisting. If you complain and they really dont know how to handle.
WARNING! you may pay twice. I bought one item last year and out of the blue they called me after 4 months and asked me to pay again. I insisted that I paid by debit card and they threatened me to defame my name to my community or church if i dont pay. Wasihun even insulted me when i tell him that is not my fault because i paid by debit and if not paid it declines on the spot not after 4 months, his wife came out to help him disrespecting me.
