Dr. Shefts is a Board Certified Chiropractor in the state of Maryland and is able to get results with problems no on else has been able to help. I was a mess . my whole body hurt, I walked with a cane. in 6mths I got rid of the cane I walk better, feel better. I have been to a number of chiropractors with no change just fell good for a day or 2. With Dr.Shefts I went from 3x a week to once a week. if you have any type of pain I highly recommend giving them a try.

I’ve been going here since around April and I am very pleased with the results. I arrived with losing feeling in certain positions and an almost constant neck pain. The drs here were able to fix all my problems and give me exercises or stretches keep my problems fixed. They are very personable and really care about their patients. I highly recommend them

Get adjusted now! I hadn’t slept fully through the night for quiet some time. I never realized that the cause could’ve been something so simple. After just my first adjustment, I slept completely through the night! I am so grateful for seeking out help and finding Dr. Sheft’s office. This has honestly been a life changing experience.
