I’ve been at Sheffield Townhomes for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here! I’m in a two-bedroom townhome with just me and my two wiener dogs, and there’s more than enough space for all of us. One of the features I really appreciate is having a private yard area—it’s perfect for letting the dogs out and just having a little outdoor space to enjoy. Have had zero issues. People in the office are great, renter portal is easy to use. service requests are handled quickly. Quiet, neighbors are nice! no complaints!
Ive personally never had issues with the property managers, they've been friendly to us. They responded to my emails pretty quickly as well. Didn't really need to do any service requests either. Only down side is the walls are a bit thin at the apartments so it's easy to hear the 'loud' neighbors but it can be easily drowned out by music or TV.
We told the manager our stovetop was shooting out sparks and her reply was "Just use the oven from now on."
1star only for the fact that the apartment is large and fine price. The air conditioner and hit were broken most of the time. The administration is terrible, they didn't respond to most of my emails. It's also not very safe, I had to call the police. I can't recommend this place.
