Very unprofessional child answered the phone child in the background. Gave quotes over the phone. When they picked up my mother’s body they almost dropped her while inside my home. It was one of the guys 1st night. Terrible experience with this place. Did not use them I had to pay 400.00 just to get my mother transferred to a professional Funeral Home Batchelor Brothers I was very satisfied with their service.

When my mother passed it was really hard to deal with emotionally. My mother always wanted Ms. Sheffield to prepare her for her going home arrangements even when she was well. My mother really loved Ms. Sheffield's personality and she was very proud of her accomplishments. When it was time to have her body prepared Ms Sheffield listened to my concerns and my fears about putting my mother to rest.
