I have always liked Dr Dham as my Endocrinology doctor but recently I found out that there is no sympathy to my hardship situation when it comes to transportation. I was having a lot of transportation problems to and fro my appointments that caused me to cancel out appointments and re scheduling them. It does not agree with her that she had to cancel out prescription refills for meds that are important to me for health maintenance. No eye contact. She just looked at her computer the whole time. Very discouraging in her presentation.
Absolutely the best Endo i have ever had. She is detailed and cares about your health. Lisa her assistant and great to work with and communicates on any issues that arise. Highly recommend. She was my Endo for many years until i moved out of state.
I am a retired RN who practiced in two large midwestern university medical centers in my 35 year career. Dr. Dham is the quality of physician I had the honor of being accustomed to working with during my career. She is bright, thorough, experienced, plus she is personable and caring! I have not experienced any difficulty with any of her staff and find them to be accommodating and pleasant.
Dr. Dham is very nice, but will not go back to her. Her office staff is the worst. They are not helpful at all. The one person responsible for insurance approval drops the ball, then another one that is supposed to call you when you have a problem never calls! I gave 2 stars only because of Dr. Dham.
