After my mother’s doctor retired, we were given an appointment w a new pcp. Dr. Ghosh was a pleasant surprise. She was probably the most thorough, caring, professional & compassionate doctor I’ve ever taken my mother to. She was extremely well versed & knowledgeable with my mothers’s prior & current conditions which her prior pcp’s were not. She gave good sound advice & you couldn’t ask for a better bedside manner. Worst medical assistant I ever had in my life and my daughter is a MA!! After 3hrs waiting to see Dr Gosh with 3 patients in the waiting room I waited another 20 min when I was called back! Her MA told me Dr Gosh will most likely not prescribe the medication Dr Herzog had me on for 4yrs and monitored me every 3 months over those 4yrs!! This place is a nightmare I even had to call and make sure they faxed my medical labs over to my surgeon! Her MA should be fired for diagnosing before I even saw the Dr!
