I had Sheet Metal Products out in September to check all the furnaces at my apartment building. The one apartment was vacant, but I told the repairman that the previous tenant had said the furnace was not turning on. SUPPOSEDLY the technician fixed the problem. When the new renter moved in the end of November she said that the furnace still wasn't working. I was having knee surgery the next day. When our cap blew off our furnace vent we called Sheet Metal Products and Ryan came out within a few hours and helped us. He was so helpful and had a lot of insight about our old furnace pipes. Very reasonable pricing and great customer service! I highly recommend this company!
Rich at sheet metals found out the issue with my furnace immediately left to go get the part needed and came back in less than 30 minutes...it took longer for him to go get the part then actually complete the job I appreciate you for your help 🙏🏾

Wanted to share my appreciation for the work performed by Ryan and team. After learning of ice forming in attic due to broken pipe, we contacted SMP and literally within a couple of hours a temporary pipe was inserted in attic and box fan (provided by SMP) was working to dry and melt ice. During this drying period Ryan came in frequently and monitored area before new piping could be installed.
