I am beyond impressed with Chelsea!! Her studio is both clean and comfortable which immediately put me at ease. What really sets her apart though, is her isolation technique. My lashes feel weightless and healthy because she really takes the time to correctly apply each extension . No clumping and no damage to my natural lashes. 10/10 would recommend Chelsea to anyone who wants beautiful lashes without sacrificing lash health.
