I am loving pole! I have only been to two classes but I am going once per week for the time being. I chose pole because I've always wanted to do it and I want to get stronger/learn a new skill. Susan is an amazing instructor who puts you at ease with encouragement but also pushes you when you need it. My hour class flies by, even though I'm sweaty and dying, because I am having so much fun. I have never found a workout or form of exercise that is this enjoyable to me and I am so excited to continue!
I love this studio. I think it is an amazing workout and good for your self image as well. The reason my review is so low is I have purchased a 6 month auto renew membership but due to constant class schedule changes I can never utilize it. Generally, I like to go on weekends but for the last month or so every Saturday at least one class will be canceled if not all of them. Absolutely love my classes! I was searching for a unique and creative spin on exercise and I found it here. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. Every instructor is fantastic as well. Highly recommend. I came in as a beginner and have grown with their help/instruction.
Very welcoming and safe place to try something new! Instructor was amazing and made me feel very comfortable the entire time
