Tim performed system maintenance on the main HVAC system and PTAC unit in my sunroom. He is very informative, professional, and courteous. He replaced filters with new ones I had purchased. He ensured that all thermostat settings were correct. Took away the old filters and put my ladder away. So pleased! Renewed my annual contract today.
