I have purchased from Sheely's Furniture for the past 20 years. I am a comparative shopper but when it comes to furniture I don't need to call around for quotes. I know from experience that Sheely's will have the best prices around. Their sales people are friendly and easy to work with and the delivery is quick and I love that they set up the furniture for you! I highly recommend Sheely's to all my friends and family. I wouldn't purchase furniture from anywhere else!

I recently ordered living room furniture, aTemple sofa bed and loves seat, from Sheeley's. Throughout the ordering process the sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. To my surprise my order arrived within 5 weeks. The furniture is beautiful. The delivery was well executed and the gentlemen who delivered it were personable and friendly. Thank you Sheeley's for the wonderful service.

We shop at Sheely's for most of our furniture and appliance needs. They always seem to have a nice variety options and manufacturers to choose from. Good quality name brands. Their sales people are always friendly and knowledgeable. For me, the appliance department is where you see a big difference compared to the big box stores. Sheely's sales people are much more knowledgeable and helpful, plus they will match lower advertised prices. We also like their delivery and service departments. I have and will always do buisness with Sheely's. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Delivery crew is always professional and respectful of my home. Once delivery crew completes the set up or installation of my items, they give me the opportunity to inspect my items for damage and make sure I am satisfied with the items i have recieved. Bottom line, if it doesnt come from Sheely's it will not make it through my fron door. Always a pleasure doing buisness with you.

Brian, We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase and understand it can be frustrating when there are issues from the manufacturer which cannot be predicted, however, you were given three options. We offered to bring back the merchandise with no re-stocking fee so that you could re-select, we offered to repair the furniture at no charge to you, or to return the merchandise without re-selecting at a 10% restocking fee which is 15% lower than our normal 25% for special orders. Bait and switch. Our salesperson told us that the leather furniture we ordered was top grain leather. After delivery, we found that it was painted bicast leather. They accepted the furniture as a return, but then charged a $600 restocking on our credit card. They lied to the credit card company to win the dispute and now we are stuck with the charge. Terrible company and dishonest people.

I don't understand why you did not deliver the chair if it was sitting there so at least we would have had that to sit on
