I bought a new sectional last fall from the North Lima store. David was very helpful as we have a different kind of living room. After we told him exactly what we needed he directed us to the right place. I also liked the fact that we can pick out our own colors and firmness. Buyer beware. Do not shop here. They have overpriced junk and they donâ??t stand behind their product that they sell in store. The customer service is the worst. Look at other reviews online such as the Better Business Bureau, yelp, Google and you will see. And make sure you look at the reviews that yelp did not post but you can see them down below where about 30 or more people give them one star. Trust me stay away

I just purchased a sectional and TV Stand from Sheelys in Aurora. Store had a great showroom and selections. Sales person was very helpful and professional. I will always purchase from them in the future and highly reccomend them.

I just purchased a new refrigerator from Sheely's in Aurora and the customer service there was great. My refrigerator had quit and I needed one quick. They delivered my new fridge the next day and the delivery guys were also great, they worked together and got my fridge in and hooked up within the hour. Great store and employees, great customer service. When I need another appliance or furniture I will be going there. Thank You

Dean and the rest of the staff will lie, cheat, steal, and do whatever else it takes to close a deal, especially if it means screwing you over. They did not have the fridge I needed in stock, so they lied and said that another model had the same dimensions. When it came time to deliver the fridge (after a sizable wait), their lie was exposed, but they didn't care since they already had their money. Damaged my front door, drivers lied and said they didnâ??t do it. Will never do business with them again. Clearly bringing a refrigerator in larger than the door will not fit. Itâ??s very unfortunate when my husband and I spent $15,000 in the last year to support a local business, but they have staff that does not own up to their mistakes. I just love Sheely's. I have been shopping there for 30 years. I bought 80% of my furniture there. I just remodeled my familyroom and really struggled with the color and style of furniture. I always buy furniture that is from the display. I am always to nervous to purchase custom from swatches. Our associate picked all the colors and patterns for us. She was so confident and helpful that we went with it. I was soooo nervous but the furniture has arrived and it is beautiful. I could not have put it together like she did.
