No me gustó la seriedad con la que me atendieron, tanto la enfermera como la doctora, ni un saludo me dieron en cuanto me vieron, sentí muy enojada a la enfermera y pensé en decirle a la doctora pero entró igual e ido con otros doctores que son muy amables tanto conmigo como con mi hijo, tenía ganas de salir muy rápido de ahí!
She was very nice, took the time to explain things in a way we could understand. Would like to see her again for future appointments. Other staff in the office was incredibly rude though.
Dr. Sheela was very caring and put my daughter at ease. She had looked up all the workup we had done through our previous doctor and had been prepared when we saw her for our first visit. She asked questions and took down notes. She explained the possible causes and the next steps we would be taking. She asked us of our concerns and explained to us in plain terms that we could understand. We could not have asked for a better doctor! We are thankful we found her!
The very worst doctor I've meet in my life. And she's a children's doctor. Absolutely rude and do not take the kids illnesses serious. She was so mean the last time were there I have to call my pcp and cried that we are not going back to her. I really can't belive it said she's the owner. And that rude. Maybe that's why her staff is so rude.
Everyone at the facility was helpful in making sure we got to our destination and not lost. The office staff for Dr Sheela are friendly and helpful and kind. Dr Sheela was thorough and asked a lot of questions. She explained everything thoroughly.
