I took my car to sheeny Nissan service department. and work with Mr Croom. the car was hesitating when driving. after the diagnostic test mr croom noted the catalyst converter as the problem among the many faults that were found wrong with the car. my only intention was to fix the problem that caused the hesitation. told it was the catalytic converter that's what I paid to have fix. . Sheehy Hyundai are nice while you are buying the car but once you get it they aren't. My mother in-law took her 2013 Sonota in for the recall and they refused to look at it saying her warranty was up, Ok she just bought it Nov. 2013 and it doesn't even have 20,000 miles on it so how is a car with 10 years 100,000 warranty up and also what does that have to do with a recall. Bad Customer service.
