They were horrible and did not disclose all the noticeable dents on car prior to arrival. Then they had offered a mintiest discount of 250.00 on the phone but upon arrival they said the discount was for repair of the dents. They lied twice. Then they asked if I wanted to look at something else on the lot.... why would I purchase from a car dealership that lies. I felt I was discriminated against bc I was a woman. Would not recommend this dealership!! It was a horrible experience.

Drove an hour to see the VW Atlas only to find out it had been sold. Was never notified of this by the sales person even after I had notified them that I'd be there to see it. Was then informed that they had another VW Atlas that I could see, but couldn't test drive because it was at their other location on the lift because it was still being inspected. Ridiculous. Bait and Switch is the phrase that came to mind.
