Appointment management and Rudeness I own a 2019 Infiniti QX60 that I bought from this dealer. It has only 28K miles on it. Set up an appointment for them to look into the warping of rotors, as I was getting pulsation on the wheel when I braked from higher speeds than about 50 mph. Appointment was at 10 am, Fill the service advisor informed me that it could take about 1.5 hrs to find out if it would be covered under warranty.
