Forest was amazing throughout about a month of dialogue over text, phone, and email. I travel 55 miles and pass several Infinity dealership to have my car serviced at this location. I purcahed my car from there a year ago and they have always been professional, shown integrity and upfront . I always feel that I am very important to them as a customer and not just a number to be served.
I have been taking my car here for awhile and it’s been great! I recently brought my car in for service and still a very good experience. UB is my service advisor and he’s awesome. They really are attentive to your car And not trying to hard sell you on anything. The facilities are nice and clean and plenty of seating for you to relax while you wait for your car.
