I really hate writing this but Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove are truly disappointing. Not only did the rip me off of over $400, I drove my car from the dealer just for the check engine to come back on! Took it back and the had my car for 2 1/2 weeks to fix. Now it went from fuel injection cleaning to the timing chain needing to be replaced. Oh did I tell you somebody drove my car went thru a toll and never told me. I've worked so hard to get to a point to purchase a "nicer" vehicle. I recently purchased a QX50 from Lia Infiniti of Latham and it was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I bought a luxury car so I was hoping to get luxury service and support, I’m not. My car is completely broken due to mechanical issues, is a 2019 QX30 all services have been done at the dealership, I have been taking care of the car as I’m supposed to since day one. They already have a diagnosis on the car, the auxiliary battery has failed, it takes 7 to 10 days to get the parts they need.
