Sales staff was knowledgable and not pushy or aggressive. Brian took the time to give us a lot of drive time prior to the sale. The financing rep was frank with us and also not overly aggressive on the loan and warranty side of things. Both took into account my level of experience with DIY car maintenance and didn't try to sell me something i did not want or need.
