The transaction process was smooth on the front end and rough on the backend. 5 months after purchase and I still do not have tags that would enable me to drive the vehicle legally. Attention and detail, responsiveness, and communication are areas that are lacking at this dealership. I would highly recommend another Infiniti dealer as I have purchased Infiniti’s from two other dealers in the past with great success. Never assume that all dealers are created equally.

Service was prompt and friendly staff.I need front brakes done which is priced high for me I need some discount coupons before I get it done. That would make me consider to get it there or else go somewhere else.
