Had a 2000 Infiniti G20t that I got in 2003. It had an unfixable leak in the gas line and there were no replacement parts made anymore, none at all available. Been taking my 2016 Q60 to the dealership since I purchased it. The reps are polite and helpful. They make sure I am completely satisfied. I have also had some repairs done there and they always make me aware of what they are going to do to fix the problem. I love my Q60 and plan to purchase a Q50 next year. We purchased a Certified 2016 QX60 five weeks ago at Sheehy. Because we drove 3.5 hours to get to this dealership, then had that same drive home, we didn't think to look for owners manual in the glove box. Discovered the next morning there wasn't one. Have been trying for nearly five weeks to get that manual, all to no avail. It was three weeks before it was even related to us that it had to be ordered, and we still don't have it.
