My wife went into their service shop due to a liftgate issue. It cost over $200 including petty fees such as "environmental", "documentation" and "equipment" fees.... just to LOOK AT IT. The priority is making money on the diagnostic and not the actual service.
Very friendly, helpful, and timely service.
