Maurice shands was extremely professional in purchasing both our 2014 Escape and 2014 Focus Hatchback. We always return to Sheehy because of great salesmen like Maurice and we love the VIP.
Poor repair service and diagnosis. Felt as though they didn't really listen to what the problem was but instead just slapped parts onto my car that didn't fix the problem. Fixing a car shouldn't be a guessing game or putting on new parts until you find the 1 that works. My nephew just spent $5,000 three months ago on having his truck that he had purchased there fixed. Had an appointment with Joe at 4pm today to look at a vehicle that was being transferred from Maryland. Took off work and traveled 1 1/2 hours to be there and the vehicle was not there and neither was Joe. So disgusted with this dealership!!!!!
