Excellent buying experience, low pressure sales, super friendly staff from sales, to trade, to finance. First time we have purchased new from this dealership, but I've been with service a long time and they were the real reason I didn't hesitate with my purchase! Thank you for everything.

When I dropped off my truck I was told 3 to 3.3 hours to complete service. Dropped off truck at 0900. Had to ask a friend to pick me up during service. Killed some time with breakfast and looking at vehicles at other dealerships. Showed back up at 1200 to ask for status update. I was then told 1400. No sooner than I got home got a call truck was done. BLUF, no organization or communication within the service department and the techs. When I showed up was just given paperwork.
