I am going to write this referring to ONE therapist. Was there with her for little over a year. The very first time we had a disagreement, things I had shared with her came back as weapons in the discussion. You go to therapy to find a safe place to share your worries and to have them used against you was so very unprofessional. Just careful selecting who you go to at this group.
