This December 2022 appointment left me in excruciating pain. I hoped for an x-ray to diagnose my jaw issue but got no help. She practically pushed me out the door instead of giving me the x-ray that I had asked for. I sat in the parking lot for nearly an hour, trying to plead with oral surgeons that this dentist recommended and nobody could understand me. You need a professional front desk person. Everytime you call, staff doesnt know what to do. It will take almost 6mos for you to get an appointment and not even a single reminder, at least a call will be appreciated but got the nerve to bill you for a no show plus a fee each month. What a joke! Get a dedicated staff first if you are concern with your patients.
RecommendedDr. Sheehan has a wonderful bedside manner, calms my nervous nellie nerves when needing dental work. I highly recommend her to anyone that twinges when you think of having to go to the dentist.
