I brought my 2015 Cadillac SRX to Sheenhan Cadillac as the *** brake sensor, STABILTRAC & BRAKES unfortunately they were unable to fix the car . Terrible experience with Sheehan Cadillac. I transferred $44k to their bank account. I had to cancel the purchase because they didnt have online signature option. I asked for refund of my money and they said ok. It had been 2 weeks they are delaying refunding my money. I think I have to go to court to get my money back. I wish I never transferred any money to them.
I would not recommend buying a used car from Sheehan. First, the car we purchased had bald tires on it . We negotiated them to replace the tires and they agreed to cover one night in a hotel room since they could not replace that same day. We have yet to receive that reimbursement. We also noticed when we purchased the car that the front fender was loose. They told us they had talked with a ******************* and it only required a special tool to fix.
