She missed my initial consultation by double booking me with someone else (no idea how their system allowed that from a technical standpoint). Then she called me back 30 minutes later to say she could do nothing to help me. I took an assessment through my Cigna healthcare portal and she was the first result, so I'm just confused. She made me feel completely unsettled and disregarded before I even met her. Not a good sign.
I need a simple correction to a Superbill from Dr. Samuel in order to receive reimbursement from my insurer. I have been calling and emailing for several months with no response other than frequent automated text messages.
Demonstrates professionalism, kindness. She was on time, prepared for the appointment, actively listened and was easy to speak with. Has a great knowledge of various treatment and wellness management pathways for consideration.
She is completely unprofessional. I set up an appointment on grow therapy and she did not show up for so I’m completely upset because I need medication and I can’t get it because of her tardiness.
