Let me start by saying this may be the worst business in the central Pennsylvania area- I had work done years back and recently requested records of said work and they said due to the age of the reports they would not release them to me. Which to me is crazy, you pay for a service, then are denied any documentation of said service. Best dentist around in my opinion!!! I'm generally terrified when it comes to visits to the dentist's office. Therefore, I am a jumpy, ball of stress while sitting in the chair which makes me a terrible patient. Dr. Panas is skilled, gentle, and reassuring. They took me on as a new patient and I broke a tooth only days later so they squeezed me in at a moments notice for an emergency visit and took their time to do a great job restoring a tooth I was sure couldn't be saved. Horrible customer service. Refused to call my insurance company to get billing issues resolved. Told me that I AM THE ONE who needs to call, even though that is their job to correctly bill the services. Never have encountered such ignorance.
