Great house design and community but Dreamfinders craftsmanship and finish details are quite poor. Very rough and rushed. Their warranty department is good so far and they quickly come out to inspect and fix problems, but this should not be a full time job for me, to submit and follow up with dozens of items they screwed up in construction. Warranty should also not be a coverup for shoddy workmanship and a rushed build. Perhaps pre-covid the houses are built better? not sure, but I will not buy another Dreamfinders home buil... read more
