We are so excited to finally move in 5/31! We’ve been up from SoFLo several times since closing and didn’t want to leave each time. Beautifully planned and laid out community. The Kayak Club is like a five star resort! Awesome dog park for our labradoodles! A community garden and great trails to take in the scenery! What’s not to love? We chose Shearwater for all of this and the A rated schools for our grandson. Can’t wait for him to make friends as we begin our new life here! ❤️
I just moved in and can’t wait to get my home all situated so I can begin to enjoy all that Shearwater has to offer. Love it here. Friendly neighbors. Great place for kids. Beautiful.

Shearwater is a beautiful community with extraordinary people. Truly one of a kind! This place is absolutely gorgeous with wonderful trails, fantastic amenities, & beautiful wildlife. A family oriented place with rated A schools. Certainly a place worth taking a look.
