I truly wonderful community for all ages
Shearwater is exactly what we were looking for in a community. Not only are our neighbors great, everyone I’ve met from the developer and builder side of things have been great as well. I spend a fair amount of time at the kayak club and can say while some club houses are built just for show, Shearwater’s actually gets used. Kylie and Dylan up there are awesome. Really they’re all great, but I interact with those two on the regular.
As a Realtor, I always like to bring my buyers to the best communities in our area. Shearwater is an Amazing Community... With Gorgeous Homes, Beautiful Amenities and Wonderful People. Kylie at the amenity center is wonderful! Her hospitality made us feel right at home. Kylie was not only professional but very friendly and presented the community extremely well. If you are looking for a place to call home, Shearwater could make an Excellent Choice!

It’s totally like living at a resort! We enjoy the lazy river!
Totally was down for moving here until it was brought up that: - 20 guest passes PER YEAR (per guest per day) - 12 additional passes = $60 - day pass = $10 - week pass for a house guest = $25 (per house guest, max of 2 weeks a year) - summer guest pass = $150 Sorry, talk about screwing your residents over. How can you have a family, friends, and appear community focused if your screwing your residents over? It’s like you want to discourage usage. Pitiful. Very, very disappointed.
