Nansi is the Best she listens to what we want and excutes it. I was a little nervous about trimming my kids hair due to it being curly. And there last hair cut I was what I said ok to but was not explained what would happen after it dried. Nansi explained it to us and showed my kiddos and see if the liked it and was ok with it and it came out really good
