This company loves to charge service calls yet fix nothing! We called to fix/replace a water heater with tenants in the rental. The plumber came to service the water heater, did not fix or replace, and still asked us to pay the service call. The plumber also did not respect who was paying the bill and who to coordinate the repairs with (owner or property manager.) My husband and I just bought a house with Copper pipes. we had issues of clogging and had called 3 area plumbers and no one could come out or help us so we fixed it ourselves with help from family and friends. We ran into issues again and called Shearer Plumbing. They came out the same day they said they would and was able to fix the issue at a very reasonable price. We appreciate your service!
