I just purchased my MDX this week and feel great about the whole process. I wanted a specific interior and exterior color as well as options and accessories. Isabel was pleasant and provided me with answers to my questions promptly. If you're in the market for a new car give them a try.
2003 mdx, parts tends to be pushy and rude. Hardly returns phone calls or messages. Not to mention the markup on parts! As a woman that worked in a parts store for over four years I know what I'm talking about when I am ordering parts and didn't appreciate being talked down to by the service Dept. I have an Acura but I only do business now with the AutoMaster. Much better service and the desk is always bright, polite and genuinely happy to help. Shearer should take a lesson in customer service from down the road.
As an employee I LOVE working here! I see a lot of happy faces leave walk out the door, and they keep coming back for services too! Great company atmosphere :)
Bought a 2015 MDX very disappointed has a rattle in the back and a clunking noise every time it hits a bump which they say is normal for the MDX should not be normal in a luxury car therefore very disappointed with this dealership
