Love Shear Technique
Shear Technique is the worse salon in Jefferson City. The staff is very unprofessional. I got my hair cut there last week and the owner and stylists wear talking about business matters loud and openly. I received the worse hair cut of my life there. My hair was down to the middle of my back and now most of my hair is 3" or shorter. I asked for shoulder length hair with a few long layers. Now my is ruined!!
