I came in after having a very bad highlight/ cut elsewhere . It was such a warm and inviting salon the minute I walked inside . My stylist Malissa was awesome and the owner was consulting and just great !!! Highly recommend them :)

Jess Kubik has been my stylist for about 2 years now. I love my hair every time I leave Shear Productions! Everyone is so friendly and it's a great environment in Bel Mar.
I took my 10 year old daughter in for a cut and some fun red highlights. Our stylist Jess was super nice, as we're all the ladies at the salon. I got hot tea and hung out in a really relaxing salon. My son and I are next!!

I came to see Miss Becca with a total hair emergency! I had the bright idea to run up to Sally's on impulse and get some product. 2 FAILED attempts later and a 3-toned covered head, I reached out to Becca and she fit me into her busy schedule the very next day. I appreciated her knowledge and process to not just bleach my hair to get it back to the blonde color I was wanting right away. She actually cared about keeping my hair healthy, and I ending up leaving without needing a hair cut, too. Thank you, again Becca! I promise... read more
Love their Hottness!! Wonderful ladies that make you feel like family. I have gone twice and just took my daughter to meet them. I hadn't found anyone that I had faith in and meeting Becca was a Hair Dream come true. She took Great care of Me and my daughter. Our hair feels Healthy and Sexy off the Runway Gorgeousness!!!
