What I asked for (top) versus what I got (bottom). $300 services and a refusal to fix it. My master stylist said my highlights were placed for wearing my hair down. I walked into the salon with my hair up. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe how I’m feeling after spending 4.5 years in Brooke’s chair. I would not recommend this salon.
