My hairdresser was Megan. Awesome lady but I'm a little disappointed because when I texted her to get a perm, she said she would do it. She booked me in and on that day she canceled because she was sick. She asked if she could rebook me, and I said, I guess so. LOVE the environment and people there! Very high quality products also. Hailey does my hair and is spot on every time. She recently did some weft hair extensions on me and matched the colour perfectly and installed them perfectly as well!

My wife is very happy with her new hairstyle. She was nervous at first because she is prone to bad experiences. As she was going from shoulder length to very short hair Carlyn took time and care and gave my wife exactly what she wanted. For the first time in 24 years she is happy with her haircut.
