Stacy highlighted my hair and it turned out really bad. I tried calling her for the last 3 weeks and she will not return my phone calls. Very unprofessional. At least call me back. I want a refund but she will not even call me back. Very disappointed.
I've had a fabulous haircut and color at this salon. The color was richer, lasted longer, and left my hair feeling very silky.
