I left with my hair not toned how I had wanted. The hair dresser agreed to retone it however I explained from the start I was going on a trip in couple days and was very busy as I had exams and graduations and such happening. I also work full hours on the weekends and didn’t have a lot of time to come back in. She kindly did find time for me (tonight at 7:30 I was booked), I let her know before booking I had a nail appt at 6:15 and couldn’t obviously gurantee when I would be done just like another other service type appt. I had an amazing experience getting highlights/lowlights from Julia Russell. She was able to make helpful suggestions to help me find the exact shade and tone, helping to fix my damaged brassy hair! I recommend her to anyone going to Shear Oasis.

The professionalism of the team here is beyond exceptional. I had a medical emergency at the end of my appointment and the whole team here responded amazing. I have to shout my stylist, Hanna, out specifically for not only my hair looking amazing but also her quick thinking.
